As we become aware of the recent shootings, we are forced to look at how our day to day interactions affect people. As a business we are determined to set a high moral standard, so we can bring a new era. It is time for America to wake up and protect our fellow citizens regardless of our cultural differences. Anti- Asian bias is everywhere on the news and this topic can sometimes be difficult for some people to bring up in discussion. However, we feel that it is our ethical responsibility to shine light on the topic and figure out ways we can avoid Anti- Asian rhetoric in everyday situations.
Having Anti Asian Bias in the workforce may lead to a slippery slope dilemma as our employees have a direct responsibility to the ethical narrative of our brand.
There have been countless reports on race- targeted harassment and violence, including shunning in many communities. Due to the silent nature of shunning, people are able to outcast certain individuals in order to make you feel out of place.
As a company we are doing everything possible to combat Anti Asian bias, however we look to the government to help make a greater change in our communities, so that we can finally enjoy domestic stability.
Brennan stated, ‘incidents of racist misconduct or brutality’ resulted from ‘unconscious manifestations of bias’.(Brennan 2020). Thus, what you should take away from this is that racism can be silent and sometimes your inactions can be detrimental towards others who need help.
In order to promote an open culture we need to make sure racist acts aren’t overlooked and educate people on how racism can lead to hate and violence.
As it was Tango Tuesday and also Wellness Day, I thought I may play some music outdoors. There is something spiritual about playing music for nobody. I felt as if this installation piece captured the art of many trying to find balance in such a time of despair.
Things Have Been Crazy Lately. We Don’t Deny This. We Move Forward. We Try And Be The Best We Can Be.
Since Wednesday was a Wellness Day for students at Syracuse University, I decided I would use my time spent streaming live DJing to my Twitch and then re upload all this stuff to YouTube.
Recently I have been looking into improving SEO for web pages. What I have come to notice is that Targeted Headlines are really appealing.
Have any better ideas for SEO strong headlines for live music performance?
I know you can do it. Thought you needed to hear this. ☺️
In the far right corner of the room there is an installation piece of a fist spray- painted on a rock wall.
First I would like to note, I have no idea how this happened in the first place. Initially I was in Beijing studying abroad with the China Institute. Low and behold, this trip would be a once in a lifetime experience.
As kid who has grown up in the psychotic dream dystopia that is greenwich, I had some idea of Chinese culture. However, once I actually stepped foot into mainland China, I was astounded by how completely different their culture was to that of the West.
If you are not from China, the best mindset to understand this situation is:
“China does what china wants to do and if you think you know china you don’t.”
Actually, they have a new style of toilet, which was as it was explained to me; the more natural way. But, I digress.
So anyway I made art for this dudes exhibition, which would go all along the coast of China.
I make this sick sculpture out of bricks and spray-painted the thing.
After returning from China, turns out this man robbed me of my fame and took it to is art shows.
If anyone finds this art piece let me know because I made it and I wonder how she is doing. And yes it is a ‘she’.
Here are a few Pinots I have tried recently. Hope you enjoy my tasting notes. You can find @Melvin on Vivino.

4.5 Garnet hue. Blackberry, Earthy, wet leaves, followed by a tart palate. Acidity with age nicely and break down heavy meats. Dry, but fruity. Raspberries, cocoa, green pepper. A little brambly, with what the Duckhorn rep Ian Merris described as “cherry cola”. Definitely earthy with a balsamic aftertaste. You can make out a faint green tea green tea aroma in the backdrop. Definitely a long and intense wine tasting experience. If anyone can get me cases of this stuff for a reasonable price lmk(🙏).
